What is SfefQi Kinesiology?

SfefQi works with your whole person to heal you - bringing back into balance anything that interferes with your perfect health.

How does it work?

SfefQi does not just eliminate symptoms it strengthens your body to fight the cause of dysfunction with symptoms diminishing as your body regains its balance and returns to optimum health. By using your own body's innate intelligence - in most cases your body knows what is wrong and how to fix it - we just don't know how to listen - taking advantage of the gentle SfefQi techniques you can allow your body to start the healing process.

How long is a treatment ?

In most cases approximately 1 hour - but be warned - you may well fall asleep during the process - it is both relaxing and rejuvenating.

How many treatments will I need?

That will depend on how long problems have been affecting your health, anywhere from 2 to 6 or 7 (for long standing or particularly traumatic past events) could be expected.

Will a SfefQi treatment interfere with my current medication?

No, a treatment will not interfere with any medication you may be taking, however as your health improves you should consult your doctor with regard to dosage for some medications. Your SfefQi practitioner will help you in this regard.
